I had the opportunity to read Eyes of Wynter as one of the beta readers and I was impressed with the depth of the characters and the scope of the story. The book takes you along for the ride from Wynter’s supposedly normal life into a completely new world filled with strange powers, strange creatures, and a looming evil. As Wynter unravels the secrets that have been kept from her, the pace of the book quickens and pages fly by as Bennett guides you along twists and turns that could never have been anticipated. Eyes of Wynter is an unpredictable, gripping, imaginative, and suspenseful account. It will have you rallying behind Wynter as she prepares for the fight of her life. There is a new heroine around for anyone who loves fantasy and suspense with more than a little evil lurking in the shadows. I would highly recommend!

I was pleasantly surprised after I read her short story “Shade in the Shadows,” the writing was very captivating. I can’t wait to read her upcoming book “Eyes of Wynter – Storm Bloodline Saga Book 1” as soon as it comes out.

A new author is on the horizon and if her first book is any indication, a very successful new author it will be. I have had the privilege and pleasure of knowing her for a few years now and have always known that she was destined for greatness. Her creative imagination and creativity combined with the ability she has to bring her characters alive is truly remarkable. She has her readers cheering Wynter on when she struggles with knowledge of her bloodline, crying when she held the little girl in her arms that the evil Madame Moyer killed along with others as well as trying to figure out who she can trust. Her book starts you off with mystery, magic, good vs. evil and has her readers turning page after page without a thought to anything other than the story she is weaving. I can’t wait for the Eyes of Wynter to be published as I will be buying at least two or three copies to give as gifts and one always for myself. And of course waiting with bated breath for the next chapter of this marvelous saga.

I’m not the type of person that typically reads suspense, thriller, horror-like type of books, I’m more into self-growth, leadership, spiritual and parenting books. Nonetheless, after given the opportunity to be a beta reader of Eyes of Wynter let me tell you that I couldn’t put the book down. It had been years that I had not been captivated so much by a book. I even had to time myself while reading in order not to forget to feed my two boys and do the million daily tasks I have to do as a work from home mom because I would lose track of time. I constantly found myself thinking of the book between daily tasks and wanting anxiously to get back to my reading. It was THAT good.
Brilliantly written, Eyes of Wynter is an enchanting, suspenseful and gripping wonderfully detailed story of good vs. evil that keeps you on the edge of your seat, while captivating your heart and leaving you wanting more. I can’t wait for the second book. A MUST read.
